Hi again. Fraxel Restore is not better if you want tissue tightening. Of course, I haven't examined your skin in person and can not recommend what's best for your skin. Fraxel will help texture and color but Thermage is deep tightening. The fairest way to get a response is by asking a physician who does both, not a clinic who only has Fraxel and has no experience with Thermage but only knows of Thermage based on stories from others. Thermage is done once normally but can be repeated. It is different from Fraxel, in that Thermage is a deep treatment that does not affect the surface so there is NO downtime. The goal is trying to get tissue tightening, such as to lift upper eyelids, foreheads, lower cheeks. It is NOT a replacement for surgery as the results are never as good. Fraxel Restore involves the surface of the skin to improve color and texture. Fraxel repair treats surface & may tighten but has 12 days of down time

I went to a clinic for consultation for Thermage and the lady said Fraxel is better and used more. What's your opinion if you don't mind? Thanks
