Yes, some of them do that for emergency but most of the time they parked at a no parking spots and bus stops for their own personal businesses, not job related. And that is screw up. I record vehicles of illegally parked official vehicles.When I see a car parked illegally I start to record video, sometimes I dont see who the driver is for a few minutes until they return to their car.
The police, or anyone in govt. for that matter, would be much more responsible and behave amicably if they were simply held responsible for their actions. But they very rarely are. If they break the law "they made a mistake", but if we make a mistake, we have to pay the blue light gang restitution.

There is nothing wrong with doing this. However it is important to keep in mind that COPs are not the enemy. Illegal conduct is the enemy and law breakers will not fairly enforce the law on others.
COPs MUST be incredibly honest and clean or they will harm more then they help.
If by doing this he can make a more honest and fair police force, then the police will remain valuable protectors. But it's easy to target good COPs and and harm everyone while doing it.

There is nothing wrong with doing this. However it is important to keep in mind that COPs are not the enemy. Illegal conduct is the enemy and law breakers will not fairly enforce the law on others.
COPs MUST be incredibly honest and clean or they will harm more then they help.
If by doing this he can make a more honest and fair police force, then the police will remain valuable protectors. But it's easy to target good COPs and and harm everyone while doing it.
