@airion1324 there is such things that your gear cannot protect you from, like gravity or heat in rare cases, sometimes the armor reaches a very high speed in a second, you would faint away if you arent wearing a blood-control like jet pilots suit, and more.

The Graphics in this Game kinda look abit like a Anime, so if they are trying for a Realistic Mech Game they need to Upgrade the Graphics abit and change the Color scheme. Either way, i liked it. :)

@omnigear1975 Armored core 4 was laggy, unbalanced and unrealistic. It had little to no relevance with the original story, and didn't even have an arena. Did I mention that the story was garbage? Not yet. Ravens are no longer Ravens, they're Lynx's? I can't even remember. The point is, the story, gameplay, plot, and balance, was in no way similar to any of the previous titles, and in general fell short. The Japanese got too caught up in Gundam mode and ruined the franchise. imho

@Vilemk0 last time i checked front mission series was like ff tactics. now it's like a fps/action game? where is the consistency there? story, gameplay, plot, and balance are different in the ff series but people buy it up. i just can't compare this to AC because it's more geared towards a niche group while this seems made for a broader audience like dragon age or mass effect.

@omnigear1975 Did I ever compare Front Mission's consistency with AC4? No. However, since you brought the subject up? I'll mention that FM may have changed it's gameplay, but it is staying true to the story and is less of a clusterfuck than AC4 was. You can't compare AC4 or AC in general, because they're two separate games. Which is why I DIDN'T!

After AC3 the franchise went downhill, and it's self evident in the sales as well.

@Vilemk0 you did compare it with "How armored core should have been..." an open statement, so, Yes. the main bread and butter of all AC was the customization, about YOU finding parts and building your own war machine. THIS is more story driven (like the many games this company shits out) while riding around with a small group of wanzers, if it stayed true to being turn-based instead of becoming action oriented, i would thoroughly enjoy this game.

AC went from a story driven, arena fighting game where you built your own AC/mech as a Raven with multiple purposes depending on the title.. As in the first AC where you wanted revenge. In some instances your choices throughout your missions actually affected things. Look at what it's turned into, Gundam Seed on crack.

@omnigear1975 I always said that if the cinematic trailers matched the actual game, it would be Armored Core once again. AC4 is unbalanced, doesn't follow the original story, has a shit story, is lag as all hell, and is not even remotely realistic even though I know it's not exactly supposed to be. (Considering that it is a mech game.)

Hopefully if they make AC5 they'll fix this. (Front Mission is doing it right.)
