I blame the coaches, specifically OC Kevin Wilson for blowing smoke all offseason about how the o-line was just as good as last year. We came in with a game plan that suggested either lack of confidence in our new receivers or the horrible assumption that we could line up and push BYU's D-line around. The Cougs stuffed the run all night long and timed their blitzes perfectly.

OU's got serious work to do. BYU on the other hand, just gained huge respect.

OU is SUCH a great team! The fans are terrific! Not 1 said anything rude and were unbelievably nice! The better the program, the better the fans. As a BYU fan, thanks man, BYU has been fighting for respect for some time now and its finally shining thru. OU will bounce back and have a good season and still make it to a BCS bowl game. For BYU, we could have beat the #1 team (which to us, this win feels like it) and still not make it to a BCS game. Best of luck to both programs!

as a huge BYU fan (hence my username), this was not what we wanted to happen. I was watched this with a large group and we all went completely silent. I never want to see a player leave a game injured. I hope Sam recovers quickly.
