The thing about the yankees that drives me insane as a Red Sox fan is that the salary of their star players, Jeter, Sabathia, and Rodriguez are all paid more than the Rays entire salary cap.That's a lot of money for just three players compared to a whole team. It's no wonder they could afford to build a whole new stadium in N.Y. CC hasn't even proved he's as good as they say he is to make up for the massive salary he has. Jason Bay rocks and he makes only about as much as Jeter pays for his car

that's because red sox owners are stingy with their money. jason bay is worth more than he makes. maybe someday the red sox will pay their players fairly. til then every player will try to become a Yankee.
