I have had this phone since it came out. It has been OK...but not happy with: performance (kinda slow...somewhat expected only 260mhz) It freezes to the point of a restart and or battery taken out needed at least once a week. If you plan on using the camera alot...don't buy this phone...the camera is low quality, and the battery cover is the only thing that protects the lens (cover slides of extremely easily)

Depend on place like radioshack/BB , best place to go is T mobile booth itself. Best buy price tag is 450$. T mobile website is 250 with none contract an phone itself. Tho check out the website of BB. Seems 2 years agreement + Shadow = free phone. U should check other place an find a 1 year agreement. Its better cuz once thats done then u can try to get another phone low/free for next year.
