  • bello ...... tante esibizioni costruite, ma perchè non far vedere questi stili facendo un bel pò di sparring. Sono molti i maestri bravi nelle esibizioni ma pochi nel metterle in pratica nella realta e renderle efficaci. Dove è finita l'essenza del combattimento? basta forme costruite non interessano a nessuno ...... Bravo Shan comunque

  • un'esibizione in cui ci sono due stili di kung fu a confronto: tai chi (bianco) stile interno e hun gar stile esterno (nero)
