Adding a few drops of peppermint oil to a small can of paint can help neutralise toxic paint vapours, as well as getting rid of the 'new paint smell' a lot sooner. Added bonus: it also makes any furniture you paint with it smell nice.
Thanks for the tips. I am having a sinus headache at this very moment and found your video when I searched for videos! I applied diluted peppermint oil to my temples and I also used your "deep breathing" method. I feel better already. Thanks again!
@dalekcaanman You may get some digestive benefits, but dried herbs have most of the essential oils dried out of the plant. And essential oils are very concentrated. It is said that one drop of peppermint oil is equivalent to dozens of cups of peppermint tea. Obviously, it would be better to use a drop or two of peppermint essential oil than try to drink that much tea! :o)
@eyang0077 Definitely! I have a separate video about using essential oils in cooking. Young Living oils are therapeutic grade...hardly any others are...so they can be taken internally. You will see "Nutrition Facts" on many of the bottles, including peppermint! Other brands will say "not to be taken internally" or "do not use on skin without dilution". That tells you all you need to know...they have chemicals and shouldn't be used at all!
@STAND4HIM2 Instructions are on my home page at KennethGardner (dot) com. Or we can talk about your needs on the phone to decide what the best options are for you!
Dude this stuff is extremely strong and I would not put that much on my skin at one time . I put about two drops in a 5 gallon Bunker and soak my feet in Epsom salt with it to re leave stinky feet
