I used hypercam. It's a free download but it has a tiny watermark in the top left corner. I still think it's worth it though.

Cool I like the character. The only i have to say is, and this is just a pet peeve, if you're going to make the clothes black, you can't make the hair black, and not the eyes blac. Black is a terrible color ot edit in, and too much of it makes the edit seem sloppy.

Sorry, I just feel like it's a waste of time to use a super dark brown for my eyes and hair. Those are my real hair and eye colors but people always tell me that they look black even if I use some shade of brown. I guess that's what I get for using max brightness and contrast on my computer. lol

Changig the colors and changing the lenght of the skirt/hair doesn't make it an RPC... e.e But nice edit.

There's no white lines, even if it's a common mistake. :D

I just used the hypercam to record what I was doing with Paint Tool SAI. I have tips on how to use it like how I did in the video in the description of my first editing video I believe. Since my free trial for Paint Tool SAI ran out, I use GIMP now. I personally think it's a lot easier to use once you get used to it. Tutorials do wonders. lol

I love your RPC Tsumi. ^ ^ Ironically, she has a very similar hairstyle to a character I created (not for Naruto). lol
