Ive lived in scranton for 31 years..its a fucking dump. Our mayor is a retard....the only one witha level head is our council members and even they cant stop this reject we call a mayor..I love the office and for awhile our city was on fire because of it..but now..were back where we were.

Yes its a real town... Some one took all that footage and sent it out to them in Hollywood.. i think on the guy with the Glasses has been here out of all the people on the show

John Krasinski and his friends took the footage you see in the opening of the show. They drove around the city in a Jeep with the camera out the sunroof.

Great place to live if you like health problems. Ah yes, the land of prosthetics, diabetes, heart failure, pollution, no jobs, & people who TAHK AWFUL LOUD LIKE THIS HERE!!!! Nice work. Great to see good ol' Scranton this way. This is your first attempt? Far out. Keep up the good work. I'll be subscribing, so I can see your progress. But mostly, because I'd like to see more videos about Scranton, Pennsylvania.

Heh, was about to go shoot pretty much the same exact thing and use it for that YouTube NBC commecial contest. I live very close to the Penn Ave "Penn Paper Tower". Pass it everyday on my way to work!

This is great. I drove through Scranton on my way to Cleveland last month and stopped to look around to find that clock tower. It's good to know it's real. Whats the address?

Yep, it's real. It's the "Penn Paper Tower", the corner of a warehouse and showroom for Penn Paper & Supply. It's on the corner of Penn Avenue and Vine St. Here's the map. http://maps.google.com/maps?oi=map&q=Scranton,+PA
A short drive along Vine in front of Penn Paper and you'll see the road bends to the left and turns into Mifflin Avenue.
