In all honesty, though, there may very well be a few indirect HAARP manipulation techniques that could be plausible at some point in the near future, if not today. But we do have to start trying to sift fact from fiction here; and sometimes it isn't exactly easy, and I've probably made a few mistakes myself.

Of course, we all know about the one form of weather modification that has been consistently proven as scientifically feasible over and over again, and that would be cloud seeding; but that obviously can't manipulate the movement of Gulf moisture, or steer hurricanes, etc.{as is often claimed of HAARP}

Another thing that worries me is that some of the more popular HAARP-based direct-manipulation myths, such as, again, hurricane steering or tornado spawning, also seem to be increasingly used to try to discredit legitimate climate change research as well.

While there may be a small number of theories that could have some basis in fact, it appears that the vast majority of the others{especially the most popular ones, like those involving steering hurricanes and creating tornadoes in Kansas, or wherever}, are simply B.S.; some of the B.S. may have even been purposefully designed to deceive and discredit legitimately interested parties.
