My problem with 3DS max 9 (xyz axis marker)

You can edit this "pointer" it name is Gizmo.

Customize>Preferences>Gizmo

My problem was size normal size is 40 and you turn off/on whit keyborb key "X"

sory mate armaxima is my brothers account .... i posted that comment using my brothers i pad ....... so ya your trick did work thankx for that a lot ,,,, but i messed up something else before i fixed that problem i got a weird pink ' + ' {plus} like scale structure on my screen ....... its like realy anoying ..... one last help mate pls .... by tomoro i will get a bit bz in my studys but i will try my best get back on youtube :D and ya thankx for that gizmo thing ....... :D

Hey, my xyz axis is non-exisstant, pressing x and changing size of gizomos (?) hasn't helped, pressing + doesn't change it.

Can more and scale things but coloured arrows are way better than NO arrows HELP!!!!!!!!!!

@Cr381v3 Can i please ask you something about one more problem? I want to rotate a object only the center of the object is not correct. So it doesnt rotate smoothly. Do you know what i mean? Can you change the center of a object even if you use a modifier on it? Hope that you have a solution. Cheers!

Guys i found another way.

Well my gizmo (the axis arrows) suddently disapear so i try hitting X but it only chabge colour.

What you need to do when it happens is:

Go to Customize -> Preferences -> Gizmo - then you'll see Transform Gizmo. Where it says Size (right in the top) put it like 50 or something and Ok. You'll see that the arrows have grown. If don't, now you can hit X and it will appear.

my problem with 3d max was that the x y z axis show grey and it was difficult to move etc ... i just pressed X (x only on keyboard) and its ok now hope this helps anyone
