No cover, rushing a fortified position, and sloppy reloading would have had you all dead within 30 seconds. If you are going to practice assaulting a "hill" try learning the proper techniques.
Looked like they had fun. But the real technique requires someone to be firing during movement - it's supressive fire - it covers his movement. BUT, that would not be safe under "fun" conditions. Rock on guys.
