Prime is a whiny, bitter little bitch that throws a fit every time something doesn't go his way........ a teenager. And the fact that he's more powerful than superman makes him extremely dangerous. I think prime is an awesome character.
yeh, i really like superboy prime, it's a great concept and there's so much fun to be had with the character and his continual failings...he is the classic loser, in many ways the classic whiny teen. but whats wrong with that, it's fun to read. in many ways he's a foil to and sometimes a parody of the often annoying goody-goody heroes
the problem I have with Prime sometimes is the dialogue he says I mean it feels so whiny at times. but if written well he could be a really good interesting character
I agree at times, Superboy-Prime does come off as whiny like in Infinite Crisis and especially Countdown. However, I still enjoy him. I do wish since he's a teenager, that he uses for mature insults and swearing rather then saying stupid all of the time which makes him sound childish.

I never looked at Superboy Prime that way. I guess some of the stuff DC does this days would be enough to make anyone snap.
