the reason sims can't give birth realistically is because a lot of blood and goop is involved and baby's are born a horrible grayish color. they turn purple then pinkish and then red until the nurses finally get them to shut up at which point the return to their normal color.
if u look closely it looks like shes pulling the baby out of her butt if only it were that simple lol
