I love MHC deep conditioners but, I wanted to try the Shescentit okra re constructor for my protein treatment...What's your experience so far with that conditioner? btw, I love your videos!

I like the conditioner but if you are looking for a strong protein treatment, then the okra is probably not the product for you. The review starts at the 4:30 mark. Darcys Botanicals actually has in the description of the Madagascar Styling Cream that they got a commercial mixer now, which explains the new consistency.. she had been planning that for a while I believe. The ingredients should still be the same though!

@grinnabee Hi Grinnabee yes, I like MHC I used her moisturizers in the beginning but I just found other leave ins that worked better for me. However her conditioners, deep treatments and even some of the shampoos/ cleaners really work well for me. She certainly makes quality products.

hey girl i can't say that i have tried DB's styling creme but i do know it is on her website that they have a new mixer so some products like the madagascar are more whipped than buttery now...hope this helps!

@Bobbi705 Hello I will put my blog link in the description box, but I usually keep a list of sales on my blog. I learn about these different sales because some companies send me emails reminding me about a sale if I shopped with them in the past. Also because I have a blog sometimes publicists send me sales info which I post on my blog. Finally I make my list and figure out what I want to buy then on BF I look at the main website for the company and the sales are listed.

@tamyhairfinity yes, lol unfortunately I am a bit heavy handed. I do not use a dime sized amount I like to cover my hair not just the top, I part it and put conditioner in between the sections so it gets used up a lot faster. But I also like product, just sampling and stocking up on what works for my hair. This stash should last me a little bit though so I shouldn't have many big hauls in the near future..lol

OMGoodness, all the yummy stuff you got!! that darcy's botanicals cocoa bean is new, you are right, it will be released at some point next year i believe, Love the daily cleanser, fantastic as a leave-in. Oohh i love MHC's Honey Hair Mask. back to darcy's i hate hate the Madagascar Vanilla cream i have, wrong scent, smells of aloe vera juice not vanilla, and it is such a tough texture, like a waxy lip balm, used it once and that's it!! nastiness with the lip balm at the end there!

I want to use up my stash and only buy again once I am close to completing my stash...I don't think I will be too successful but I will give it a try anyway. Yes the DB madagascar does feel a bit tough, but I remember liking the other version because it was creamy. I posted the links in the description box. If you are new to my channel I should first tell you that I am not natural. Although I haven't relaxed in several months and I probably won't again, I still have relaxed hair on my head so my recommendations may not work for you. However my sister is 100% natural and I like using the Darcy's Botanicals leave in conditioner on her hair (and on my hair too) because it is great at detangling. I hope this helps. Pjd

@brownskindivah I like their almond glaze, it smells so good but I can tell you it's basically hair grease but with better ingredients. I haven't used it in a long while but I remember that being a product that I liked when I needed Grease. I also liked their sitrinillah and they had another conditioner which I think was called moisture 24/7 not the one I showed in the video but another one if I'm not mistaken. They were not 100% the best I had ever used which if why I strayed from the company

@productjunkiediva Thanks so much for responding. I finally received my package and immediately tore it open! I LOVE the smell of everything. So far I have used the almond glaze and love it. Its nice to have a more natural grease option. I plan on using the amala shampoo with the sitrinillah dc in a few days. I hope I like the results. I will also pre-poo with the vatika oil which you are right - it smells amazing!

@brownskindivah for a little bit but they certainly weren't bad at all and I love their Vatika which smells delicious but basically it breaks down to an oil. I use it in my pre poo but you can use it for other things too. I hated their whipped gelly- I think that is the one I hated, it was like melted marshmallow in terms of the consistency I ended up using it on my legs and feet and I didn't even finish it for that purpose. I liked the Amala cream rinse too.
