I dont know if this is tool-asisted, but in this video he is not breaking the rule about shooting. Only can be 3 Megaman shots at screen. I really think this dude actualy can tap like crazy.

Believe it or not it isn't impossible. If you hold a controller the way it should then it's a litle tricky, but if you set it down and use your index finger by pounding the crap out of it, then its easy.

I can shoot that fast, just not consistently. The hard part is not shooting fast, but managing to jump at the same time without screwing up.
