They need to drop the subscription price how longs the game been out? 10+ years? other games dropped subscription prices every 4+ to increase number of players exponentially drop the Sub price its that simple :P
@Easton2411 The point of plex tme is that you spend in game currancy to by subscription time. Eve does not need to drop sub prices CCP needs to stop being greed pricks

I really hate saying it, but the gentleman you've interviewed was explaining a rather interesting situation, while you always seemed to steer it into the direction of "thus EVE/CCP sucks" like some wacko FOX News host. You must understand that it is totally okay, for a high-profile media interview, to let your visiting expert speak for a certain length of time without interrupting him. You're there to help, not hinder him.

@tango9jeff well, idk, from what ive seen on LAS this skype call is good quality by comparison and also mostly out of the hosts hands. he might of cut off his guest a bit but it stopped him from rambling about how good eve is and kept good focus of the topic + the timeout to explain subscription terms for the rest of us. If it wasnt mentioned honestly I wouldnt of noticed this is a solid episode with a well informed guest.
The problem with Eve is that the player base is filled with mostly intelligent people. Unlike other MMOs, where a few smart people will complain and get silenced by the masses, in Eve the only players that exist are the intelligent ones who understand the game. CCP, or the CCP financial department/CEO/Owner can't really judge their actions based on what other MMOs have done.

@darkgoth67 It's difficult to discuss right now. There's a pending lawsuit that has all parties on both sides tied up in legal NDAs, unable to comment on the future fate of the project.
This sounds horrible. I played EVE for 6 months and time is a essence of that game. This is the last game i can think off that should ever have ingame store. Vanity stuff, sure why not, but anything else and it brakes the whole game. It sounds all sounds so forced.
Oh yeah rift is loosing subs and is going to loose loads more with the launch of swtor in a few months...rift was/is just a filler mmorpg up untill a big comunity IP like swtor comes out.
