I'll disagree with respect. There's another whole sub-plot unmentioned and only a tease of Dale being a "hero" at the end of the trailer itself. Beyond that you must take it with a grain of salt as while it was a decently budgeted film it is from a relatively lesser known director and with main actors that are just becoming more well known in recent years, though I would probably not include Alan Tudyk as he had been on the big and small screen for years in recognizable roles.
