chargers might get his guy and try to turn him into another sproles. hes small, but fast as hell, which translates into quick yards on 3rd down.. plus, hes not bad on the ground either haha. avg more than 6 yds a carry is pretty fuckin awesome, in fact elite. maybe we can get him in 2nd round, or even a steal in 3rd.

@stvgoducks, according to what Wikipedia and ESPN say, LaMichael James is 5'9 and 185 lbs. The site bleacherreport says his weight is a question mark.

Yeah, demarco Murray is good enough. Felix jones is reliable at back up running back. But Dallas doesn't even operate their offense entirely on the ground. We also got miles Austin, dez Bryant, and Laurent Robinson

Speculated that the Cowboys will draft him and while I'm a huge Cowboys fan there's really no need for more RB's then we already have. I hope a team in need gets him because he's super reliable.

@hunterman823 No, Jacquizz if anything would be the reason they don't need Lamichael, though he looks to be better if they drafted him it would basically tell the team they wasted that pick on Rogers last year. If the Chargers have the chance to get him in the 2nd round i want his jersey in every color

@burton2156 Uh no it wouldn't. The Falcons have a new Offensive Coordinator, and the last one(now HC of the Jags) never used the screen game(perfect for a back like Quizz), and he gave Michael Turner the workload. The Falcons backup RBs hardly got any carries a game unless we were destroying the other team. Most teams split carries between multiple running backs as it confuses the D. Take the Saints. They use about 3-4 different RBs a game. The Panthers also do this well, and having Cam helps.

@burton2156 The Falcons never split carries between backs, so Turner has gotten worn out thanks to the last OC who couldn't even utilize Quizz in the screen game. Splitting carries between Quizz, and another RB would be a great idea for any offensive mind. Turner has declined. He only had one 100+yd game in the last 7 games of the season(we played horrendous defenses too), and that was against the Bucs, who had already given up on the season.

To think what would have happened if LeGarrette Blount hadn't thrown that punch, Lamichael may have never gotten an opportunity to show the world just how special of a player he is. These past three years have been nothing short of spectacular for the Oregon Ducks football team and for the fans. LaMike was a huge part of that. Thanks for the memories Lamichael James, you will always be remembered as one of the greatest to ever put on a Ducks Jersey. Go Ducks.

I am also hoping LMJ comes back for one more year to go after the all-time collegiate rushing record and a Heisman Trophy, plus another shot at an Oregon National Championship, but if not, we do have some great running backs in De'Anthony Thomas and Kenjon Barner (assuming Barner stays for his senior season).

Football sure is a game of inches. If LaMichael had scored at 6:43 instead of stepping out of bounds he wouldnt have gotten hurt on the next play and missed two and a quarter games which could have resulted in a heisman trophy. So sad. Hope he comes back for another season.

As much of a boost to our national championship run next year that he would be, I want LaMichael to declare for the NFL. Kenjon Barner deserves at least 20 carries a game, and the more we can get De'Anthony the ball the better. LMJ will go down as the defining player in Chip Kelly's campaign for Oregon supremacy, but he's had his time in the spotlight. Go Ducks.
