westminster council clamped downon this. You need a licence and public liability insurance to perform hypnosis in public...These people are amateurs!

Yes it was very noisy especially when the music from the food place behind us kicked in. Just goes to show that you do not need silence for hypnosis or even a smidgen of relaxation.
