  • Fast isn't always good, you know. I think he's playing too fast.

  • bravo, bravo! amazing violinist this kid is and for some of the haters below, quit critiquing and give the kid his props, he did damn good

  • JEZUS AMAZING!!!How fast can someone play?!!!

  • excellent, but the ending is a big let down :C make it snappy and brisk rather than suspenseful...

  • He was my first student in my 12th years of teacher life and no other like he come yet, now I send to Veniamin Warshavsky to study in Istanbul University State Conservatory. He won 1st prize in this years councour in Mersin. Additional info: muzikchi@gmail.com

  • amazing :D

  • piano is too loud

  • and here i was playing this piece at probably 1/8 of the speed... what a idiot i am.. lol

  • if anyone is actually listening, the greatest talent this kid has is being able to play this at ALL....the pianist is supposed to accompany him....he is adjusting all the time and still "gets thru" the piece....that in itself is a wonder....yes, anyone can play fast, no everyone can make a fiddle actually make you want to listen to it....shoot the pianist!

  • I think that the pianist is the person who actually uploaded the piece, but i agree with you, she was pretty crummy!!

  • that kid, kills every old violinist, did you look at the minimum movement that he does with his right hand...unlimited power!!!!!

    sorry for english...

  • He is better than old violinist you mean:Heifetz,Milstein,Oistrakh etc...?Don't make idiot retard comments please...you probably don t know what is the violin

  • ok, better yet, do not insult. i meant older violinists playing in big orchestras, and mades me sick, with poorer techinique and coordination, i dont play violin, i play guitar, but i know this little boy makes it sound...if anybody can play this piece, as you say, then record it and upload it here so we all can see your wonderfull hands!?!? OK???

  • please tell me what I said that was so insulting? that he has a long way to go before he becomes like and itzhak or milstien violinist? that's only the truth, every violinist has along way to go from a young age.

  • anybody can play this piece, its not hard for violin, but don't compare him to the greats, he has a very long way to go :P

  • Actually, that "minimum movement" in his right hand is actually a bad thing. He has too much tension in his forearm/wrist and is setting himself (or rather, I should say his teacher is setting him) up for injury. Nonetheless, the performance was very impressive. I only hope his obvious tension does not create problems for him in the future.

  • +1. Good critique.

Each string should have its own bow plane (arm angle).

  • Any klutz can be trained to play fast.

  • that is not a ricochet, that's a fast detache, or else called sautille... I play this more on the middle of the bow becouse that's the place where a sautille "comes out" with my bow...

anyway the kid does it really good!

  • I think your violin lets you down, but I know and sympathise that there's no magic way of getting a better one, a problem all us non-rich musicians face :(

  • Actually, mine is very expensive. It was made in 1776, and it's only slightly nonforgiving. It is worth somewhere between $30,000 and $70,000, and it's structure is similar to that of a Guinerri.

  • Wow, how did you get your hands on that? I was talking to the vid poster btw, sure you knew that though hehe

  • are you doing ricochet?

  • Bravo!!! So fast!!!!!!!!!

  • oh my god, how old is he? and for how long has he been taking violin lessons?

  • I played this when I was nine, so I know how easy-hardish it is! well done!

  • lol, how is it easy? I am actually seriously asking, I've never played this so I wouldn't know lol.

  • It is really very easy! It's just back and forth motion, and the notes are pretty much all on 2 strings, and the melody never changes, it just switches keys a few times, so your fingers learn it before you do!

  • this piece is so versatile. you can make it incredibly advanced, or extremely easy. great playing.

  • 拉得很棒啊!

  • VERY GOOD!

    I'm impressed!

  • could someone tell the pianist to play less loud?

  • It's not the pianist, it's where the person recording the video sitting. The person is facing right at the piano soundboard! Of course the piano is lound!

  • pantolonunu kafana kadar çekme be

  • amazing!! any other videos?? im really enjoy it!!!

  • wth??...great i feel like a reatrd on the violin
