Awesome Theme w/ the shredder fight. Could never get passed the ray gun. Always get to the final boss and then run outta quarters, lol. Its a shame arcades are extinct now a days, great memories.

lol, indeed, that or just suicide die on other parts in the game. But we definitely could have put in a better performance and cut out some of the dieing and put more effort into it, but at this point in time, we had recorded so many games that day, we were kinda spent on energy at that time, and we just wanted to get to the end, so we rushed it, but ah well....at least its should be for memories i hope is why it should be enjoyed.

IIRC, the trick to fighting Shredder here is you have to knock the helmets off all the Shredders before you finish any one Shredder off. That way, they none of the fakes will respawn when you finish any of them off.

@djdeejay81 Thanks! :D I didn't think mines would be a comment recognized but cool! If anything I would think that Donatello would be by far the best choice for this game & reason being because of his long reach it would be easy to execute what is know in arcade boss mode fights as the" "hit & run" technique. If you study your bosses movements & there is no time limit, the hit & run will work to your advantage every time! ^__^ In this case the Turtles got bashed & they lost Raphael lol!!!

@Dragonology04 True, I saw some dudes posted up some TMNT runs on here using only one quarter. They applied that same technique you talkin about with Donatello. But their is this one guy on youtube name Mengueto who beat the whole thing on one quarter using raphael, now that was fun to watch, you should check it out.

@djdeejay81 Indeed I did he dominated with Raph just as you had said!!! That's some hardcore arcade fighting right there! Makes me think of Final Fight where if you can successfully do the backwards flip towards the right of the screen while enemies are showing up makes passing the levels much easier. The cpu is only registered to follow a player who is advancing forward not with his back turned! :D Turtles always go forward.....TURTLE POWER!!!

With all the clone copies of Shredder, how do you know if you are hitting the right one? I always thought the real one ony shot lightning out of hit his hand.

All of the Shredders have the lightning attack.

The fake Shredders have less health than the real one, so they lose their helmets faster.

one of my favorite arcade classics, i once watch all these tmnt arcade vids that no one does raphael special move when he rolls and does a sliding kick.

My apologies about that, i was probably more worried about kicking butt than trying to do the special. I wasn't too familiar with the move sets at the time of the vid, but now looking back on it, i wish i did it more just for effects I suppose.
