@oOKnewOo thats y I dont like cops though...bad past experiences with them and they come up with new laws almost daily. I cant read the local paper without some incident and a list of the crimes with a new crime coming showing up. Disturbing the peace is ehhh, most judges would just slap ur wrist but the cop will find at least 2 other crimes to charge u with.

I wasnt far from the entrance when I saw this black kid with a back take off running, in the parking lot and the security was right on his ass. But thing is something has to give. Kid gets stopped by traffic or cop runs out of breath and cant chase anymore
