I'm old enough to remember the original Muppet Show (not ton be confused with Sesame Street and other predecessors), but I don't remember this one. I never even heard of Bruce before this, but he handled those two fogies better than Uncle Miltie did.

And, as they would say at "football matches" in Bruce's homeland... Fozzie! There's only one Fozzie! Of course, if they heard Fozzie's act, they'd say, "You're shit, and you know you are!"

I watched this when it was first shown in Britain, if I remember correctly (prob not since it's so long ago) with my girlfriend in the TV lounge at Andrew Stewart Hall at Stirling Uni. I have remembered it all those years and it's great to see it again. Though did Fozzy not go over the top with the wit / sarcasm later in the show and have to be slapped down & restored to his normal self? Maybe I'll find that bit too if I keep looking...
