Actually it is, I believe you here it when pvt. Wirtz is walking up the road on the ridge and comes across the wounded comrade. I believe you also hear it when the guys all go to the flashbacks how the one soldier has the flashback of his wife all the time.

@tweedside16 You're wrong there guys. This track actually can't be heard in the movie. The track, when Witt walks back to the camp, is from Track#1 - The Corall Atoll, and when Bell has his flashback about his girlfriend, you hear Track#9 - Silence, and Track#4 - Light. Furthermore, the scene with shellshocked Japanese soldier after the village attack is the end of Track#3 - Journey to the Line. I saw the movie ~10 times, so believe me ;)

Great soundtrack anyway.
