how do you do jechts combo?

dont you have to press like down circle once a while.. i dont understand how you do it

The first combo you press "0" rapidly. The part with the meteor I think it is just tapping square. You have to reach a curtain level before you get that ability. The move at 0:40 is holding square then letting go to unleash it.
