That man just Jerked 237 Kilograms!!! Donny is an American legend and Glen is possibly the best US coach around. How can anyone have any advise for Donny or Glen. I'm sure they already know what you have to suggest.

@Schwarzalbenheimen It varies by person. Both Jon and Spencer can do more from the front. Donny is usually about 5kg better from the neck.
