Who ever posted this video is a simpleton with no background in religious history. Did anyone not think it was strange that the video claimed that Lutheran Protestantism believed that in order to get into heaven you had to perform works? Idiot!!! That's the exact point Luther fought against his whole life. Perhaps everyone should just go find a history book and learn from a worthy source.

You are quite right and the video seemed misleading there. But it may be fair to say Wesley believed strongly in the Protestant work ethic, that he was in the Arminian reaction within the Reformist tradition. Surely, he believed in working and saving, but with a greater emphasis on giving back.
