WarrenC is a great guitarist whose lofty electronic ambitions

got away from him that time due to equip malfunction.

But hell, I wouldn't even ATTEMPT some of that electronic stuff he did so well

back in the early-mid 80s,

with me even getting to use 2010 technology.

The waay I see it, Warren Cuccurullo was trying to do digital stuff

in a pre-digital age.

And he usually pulled it off too.

To all the kiddies born in the late 80's who think Lady Gaga is God or something, I'll tell you her persona and looks would not have been possible if it weren't for Dale Bozzio of Missing Persons, Annie Lennox, Cyndi Lauper, Grace Jones, or Madonna to name a few. They were the originals. Lady Caca is just a recycled mash up of the original creators of the style.

@flawdbeauty/Mattsince69. Let me first say i am a HUGE MISSING PERSONS FAN. 1st of all Madonna is a fuckin ICON! Dale Bozio isn't even in the same catagory as her. 2nd I saw MP's 4 times live. Gwen & No Doubt KICK their ass in concert. There are definate similarities between Gwen and Dale. Gwen was influenced by many female 80's artist such as Dale & Annabella from BOW WOW WOW. This is actually a huge compliment to them.

Lady GaGa and Gwen Stefani are poseurs of a most obvious order, however, they do not have the incredible musicianship backing them. Instead, they have hackneyed producers and DJs (like Madonna) emulating a live sound. The Missing Persons RULE and Madonna and Gaga and Stefanny and all that bullshit can rot, and why not? It sure sounds like they're rotting!

Mattsince69, while I agree Dale probably is an influence for Stefani, I took some teenage girls to a Gwen Stefani show a few summers back, the bass player was a female new york jazzer, the drummer was also a  new york jazz session guy, the show was amazing and presented with a high level of musicianship, and some diversity. I would'nt lump Stefani into the same abysmal catagory as Maddona and lady Caca. (I saw missing persons in the 80's)
