I just saw DMB in early June in Detroit at Pine Knob (DTE Music Theater), an outdoor venue. Tim came out and played the whole show; it was beyond fucking incredible. There's a somewhat magical aura surrounding these guys on stage. Jam on, fellas.

I really like it, how he does new surprising things with live performs turning it up a notch. Waving melodies mixed with intense anger feed for the strings of his guitar. Well progressing middle phases and high pitches, just a great play of sound.

Dave has a great voice as he sings along his (more or less complicated lol) guitar parts. Tim is a guitarist. Dave is a singer songwriter. TIM+DAVE produce magic to our ears so who cares if a song is easy or not. if you care about difficult guitar parts listen to Petrucci Vai and Malmsteen; they re shredders. Tim is up there with em but Dave is a singer songwriter NOT a guitarist so who cares???
