@SugarDazzy the slight challenge with removing her from your facebook friends is that when you take that step "THIS IS IT" - she will know you deleted her and the message you send out is: "Stay out of my life forever! I don't want ever anything to do with you" so, if you are ready to take that step, go for it. If you feel that you still want to interact with her in the future, then keeping that facebook door open is a better option

I have recently gone through a complete breakup. Together for a few years. I think the mistake I made was trying to prove myself when it was too late. I think when I found out that shit hit the fan I panicked. Believe me. It's too late at that point. You're just going to push her away more. So don't bother trying to get her back with promises and love notes and shit. Give her space and time and don't cross the line and make yourself more vulnerable. Don't become an irrational idiot.
Another solution would be to get laid asap with as many women as you can find and so.. restoring your selfesteem and confidence,and try not to break any hearts.. like your girlfriend did to you. Friends also help..but not her friends. stick with your,trusted ones. Atleast this is what worked for me

I haven't been getting over her, i've tried to motivate myself to do so but its not working.

@SugarDazzy the slight challenge with removing her from your facebook friends is that when you take that step "THIS IS IT" - she will know you deleted her and the message you send out is: "Stay out of my life forever! I don't want ever anything to do with you" so, if you are ready to take that step, go for it. If you feel that you still want to interact with her in the future, then keeping that facebook door open is a better option

Start with something small, like not eating that chocolat bar in the afternoon like you usually do, and it basicly can be used for everything. I have recently gone through a complete breakup. Together for a few years. I think the mistake I made was trying to prove myself when it was too late. I think when I found out that shit hit the fan I panicked. Believe me. It's too late at that point. You're just going to push her away more. So don't bother trying to get her back with promises and love notes and shit. Give her space and time and don't cross the line and make yourself more vulnerable. Don't become an irrational idiot.

And the day after my birthday, she told me she was leaving, I asked why and she said that she just needed some space. I told her that I did not want her to go, and that I love her. And she said that we weren't breaking up, but rather just seperating for a little while. Well... 3 days later, I found out that she was sleeping with my best friend, who is also a close neighbor.

We said we'd still be together and try to work things out, 3weeks later she breaks up with me! I lost my Cat who I had since I was a kid late last year, then my Grandad got sick before xmas, then he died in Jan. Then we move, then she leaves me!!!

As a teenager love is something some of use don't know well of yet, and I really think I'm going crazy, I broke up with her over a year ago, and i really regret it, ive tried to get back with her now and she's dating my best friend, and its really hard to bare, hard to get over because I see her everyday.
