You do of course realize that this was done last july right? Before Black and White were out? Also, I think that this form of hacking was rather harmless, altering a picture avatar simply to have a pokemon before it was actually released. It's not like he did anything unfair (although GameFreak probably wouldn't be to happy with it's product being illegally tampered with *cough cough*).
