What do you do when the dog starts pulling during the walk, even if a little since he doesn't know how to walk nicely yet? Just prevent him from going forwards any more and then relaxing the leash? Did you just put him back in his place in the elevator when he tried to step out, and then stepped out when he wasn't trying to go out anymore? My dog pulls like that, so i'd really appreciate the answer^^...
The repeating of words, using the dog's name and talking also causes excitement. Try and do the exercise without talking, this will create calmness. THE LEASH SHOULD NOT BE TENSE - You forgot to mention it.
