I love this vid...it shows that we all really do belong and have so much in common. We want to live in peace. All of the war leaders need to be imprisoned. Send them to jail or off to Mars. Peace and Love to Planet Earth, our only Home. Love to my Brothers and Sisters in Scotland. Peace from USA
i really admire these people but the reality is without guns or force you wont change anything we need to arm ourselves gather a peoples army and seize control of the state thats the only way things will change unfortunatley cause without force these fat greedy cunts on wall street wont budge
i couldnt stay long..busy weekend..varios gigs and lots of busking,,i did manage to come along and play the Pipes for a wee while though... (and put in a couple of quid over by the musicians :-)
the money is for banner making materials, food and other items that are needed for the people there. you are not obliged to donate, but if you do then how much is up to you. if you were in the square and all you saw was somebody with a pot collecting donations then you must have had enormous blinkers on and your fingers in your ears. this is an exciting time to be alive, and all youre concerned with is small change. I feel sorry for you.
@WSCLATER it's unfortunate that that is your position on the matter, but i can only suggest that you come to the camp, sit and listen, learn and maybe your opinion will change when you understand how the funds we raise are being spent.
ps. everyone wants someone elses money. or do you print your own?
i was in G square yesterday for about 7 hours but it wasnt a good environment for my dog, so I had to take him home. I will be back soon though, if there are still people there. good luck and stay strong.
I feel proud to have been a small part of this, even though for me , the turnout was very disappointing. Maybe 200 or so at its peak. It is understandable many folk did not know what was happening worldwide, due to the media blackout. But hey..let's be positive about all of this..the protests in NYC four weeks ago started with less than 100 people. Peace. x
@johnmckinlay67 So glad you came John! We have but a small camp but even on the second day it was swelled by more tents & people are promising to join us! We can make this happen!
