There are ones that I know it is a matter of time only before they get caught. When they do warn them like youtube does and ban them if they continue. All you have to do is to play a music vid or a show or movie and before you comment on the vid and maybe every 10 mins you can have a link pop up to another vid for more commenting and that could save you.
