korn was probobly the first band i really got into, but after a while you get a littl bored of screaming, so yeah, i assume that thats why they mellowed down a bit. but they are still a great band, and one of my favorites
life is peachy is also pretty brutal... but yeah self-titled is the heaviest. songs like blind and clown.... and daddy and ball tongue... ah great brutal koRn
ya they started out pretty heavy and the whole gritty unpolished feel was cool for awhile but for the most part im glad they started writing more melodic songs...
but only someone as talented as KoRn could fit them both in at the same time like in "Good God" or even sorta in "Seen it all"
For those of you who dont know alot of the songs on talitm were written when the band first started. The song alive was the first ever korn song JD sang
Well that was the sexiest thing I've seen this year. No I mean seriously. Yum. I love that jacket on him. oooh and his face at the "Makin' of our tour" part fuckin killed me.
anyhoo. that screen was so sick. that's totally what the stage looked like! I remember those yellow eyes of the SYOTOS kid staring at the crowd from those screens. I dont remember those lights though...
Take A Look In The Mirror was the heaviest album they made. I was disappointed with SYOTOS. I liked it, but not as much. My favorite album is Untouchalbes.
I don't think Self Titled is the heaviest. In my opinion, Take A Look was So much heavier than any of their albums. I think Break Some Off is their heaviest song. Or maybe Let's Do This Now. Hopefully their next album will be heavier than SYOTOS though.
Take a look wasn't heavy, it was studio sanitized overproduced and boring. Self titled is gritty, dynamic, real and heavy Break some off is probably the exception to that rule
The only drug I'm on is common sense. Take a look is sanitized and boring. Period. Never hold a candle to songs like Need To, Divine, Faget, Shoots n ladders etc
No, no, no. You're both wrong. Jon said himself that when they made TALITM "WE set out to make our best, heaviest album yet. And we did it." So that PROVES to you that TALITM was their heaviest becuase that was their intention. You're both DUMBASSES!!!

Heavist Album could also be based on opinon. some people may think other songs are heavier than others. But I do agree that TALITM was a heavy album.

If you seriously think Take a Look was BORING, then you must be on some crazy drugs. I think self titled is the second heaviest.

I'm with chris on this one. Even if take a look has a lower sound, its not nearly as raw and angry sounding. KoRn is still the best album.
