@4everTrue100 I bought a couple whilst on holiday in the Far East, but closer to home I think you can purchase them on Amazon. You'll likely have to plough through the hundreds of kids' toys to find them, but they're definitely available on there and elsewhere on the internet.

This makes me remember when I was in kindergarden, My teacher had a music box that played for elise at her desk, when I had the time I went to the desk and played it many times, I didn´t knew the name of the song nor the one woh composed... years later I found the name of this lovely piece and I felt in love with it once more.

I know this when I was 4 years old .My dad was a smoker and his friend gave him an expensive lighter with a music box inside it . The lighter was no longer working. so, my dad gave it to me. it was usually play this song.... when I heard now, it bring me back to my old old days. thanks a lot

<3 I love this song too! My mum had a music box my whole childhood, that played this song ~ it was made from carved wood, and was so special and seemed so magickal, and it was the only song I can ever remember her playing on the piano.  She never played when we were listening, so I would hide in the hallway and listen to her play. Every time I hear this song now it brings tears to my eyes. Anyways just a little bit of rambling ^_^ love this video & thanks for posting it.

I had one of these when I was a little girl. I bought iot with my pocket money at the museum, because my name, "Elissa", is a lot like "Elise". But, after many long years, I list it, and misery fell over me. I set out into the world, looking everywhere for the name of the song my little box played. Even after I found the name, the song still didn't sound right. But now joy enthralls me as it is played on the humble music box. Thank you, Teufel126. Thank you so much.
