I don't really know why i like hush, the original, but i do. I think knowing Thomas Elliot was hush before reading hush helped, and I do like riddler as a criminal mastermind. But hey, everyone has a different opinion.

Doohde, great review! I could hear the passion in yoru voice. You (are &) should be all over this book since you not only like Hush but the book has one of your faves in it in Scarecrow. bTW do you feel like Scarecrow was really lacking in the costume (or SOME form of it) in B.Begins? I def did. I mean the suit thing,..he's not a mobster. I think the realism went too far there, if Bartman can dress up like a bat in a 'realism' world U can give S.C some form of costume. Luv 2see him back in TDKR!

I must say this. I LOVE the long halloween to death. I could not possibly say how good Heart of Hush is yet, but based on 'Hush' well, i look forward towards HoH. I like the uniqueness of it. Thanks for the review!

I loved Paul Dini's Scarecrow in Batman Arkham Asylum the video game (I've only read the first issue of Heart of Hush but I just ordered the trade) which redeemed him for me after reading the horrible Jeph Loeb Scarecrow in Long Halloween and Hush

The art's pretty important to me in a graphic novel (like Arkham Asylum) and I want to be sure Dustin Nguyen will capture me. I've seen one insert (non-cover) picture, and it wasn't that impressive.

I read the first issue, and it's great. It's basically the eulogy's of all of batman's friends, family, and enemies.

Hush actually already popped up in gotham knights It was a poison Ivy story I dont remember completley but I recall hush and Ivy had sort of a fling and ivy was cured of her poison and then when she tried to re poison herself she supposedly (I thought at least) dies not a very intersting arc great review

oh ok (either way the ivy run with hush isnt very good) but good review this story is probabley what finally made me like hush I thought the original story line was to jumbled to establish hush as a true threat to bruce and batman ps feel better wisdom teeth are a bitch

Yeah I actually read Hush Returns before Hush. Wasn't too impressed by it. And Hush was an ok story. Kind of the big dumb summe rblockbuster of the Batman stories. Entertaining but far from best.

Yeah they hurt alot. But hopfully it will be better soon.

And they don't seem to be doing to well wiht GA/BC. Also I think they would be more willing to get GA and BC married because they are not mainstream characters.

Well it's not really a spoiler if he dies in the first issue, that's like saying the Comedian dies in Watchmen, even though it happened in the first few pages.

If it is worth anything you sound much better. Is Heat of hush avalibe in Borders or Barns and Noble because I really liked the Hush story. Plus you I said it before and I will say it again you should check out season 1 of Veronica Mars and season 2

It shoudl be. I got if off Amazon so I honestly woudln't know. And obviously each store stocks diffrently.

But I dont' have alot of intrest in teh show.
