I own a GT240 the only problem is if you want the best expirience you need it in Window mode. That`s when the little lags go away. Then it runs much much smoother.

@mrgiroi it's an overall good and compatible system. So I was able to get 25-40 fps while recording and 25-45 while playing. Although, in some areas, there is sometimes a little lag. I never got lag in AC1 but in AC2, it happened it crowds ;-]

@epicspittergx I think everything is enough except your processor, which might bottleneck your gpu, and prevent assassins creed from working perfectly! My advice is to upgrade to a dual-core, then go for assassins creed 2. With your current setup, I think you will experience LAG!

wat a coincidence.i have the same computer only my psu is 700 W with 4 Gb ram and 1 TB hard drive.but my cpu clock speed is 2.8 ghz.why?

@mrpinkice the minimum psu requirement, according to nvidia is 300 watt so i think it will be good enough with a 250 watt..provided the psu is of good quality.

@mtayyab071 yea i mean my computer uses little power, 250w easily runs my computer, now the Geforce GT240 adds an extra 69w so i think it should be fine :D im not planning on overclocking my system so yea. btw does AC2 run that good with the GT240 as shown in ur video? :D Thx mate.

@mrpinkice yeah, AC2 runs the same as shown in the video....it's fine. AC1 used to work perfect but 2 does, sometimes, fart in very crowded areas. But that's probably my old pc...it will surely be perfect on yours !

Mate I m considering to get GT240 and I m wondering could i play AC2 and Crysis out maxed ?

@6r13f Umm, not really, I think. This card has 96 processing cores which are not enough to play these games like ' Perfectly smooth'. I'd recommend two cards:

1. Ati HD 4850 (with Gddr3 if you can get it)

2. Geforce 9800 GT OR GTX if you don't like Ati.

Personally, I think the HD 4850 is wayyyyy better.
