@rustedromeo aside from the fact that I actually know Sam, people with tourette syndrome aren't constantly twitching, depending on situations it acts up more. For example, if you're talking about your twitch it tends to act up more since its on the forefront of your mind. What's sad is people like you, cynicism won't get you very far.
