hey...i've been watching a lot of ur videos and i like ur clean tones...their are very crystal-like...i've been trying to reach that tone...i play a gibson les paul studio through a bunch of pedals(i have a lot of the pedals you use) into a marshall mg100dfx...i run all my mod pedals through de fx loop...but i still can't reach that glassy tone...i read in some comment you made that you have ur guitars modded...is this the thing?..is it the amp?..what do you think?..can u help me please?..thnx
Almost certain it will be your amp. I am not a huge fan of the Marshall MG range I'm afraid. A rehearsal studio we used to use had such amps as their backline and I was not impressed. The majority of my videos now I use my Hiwatt for cleans. Although I do get a very rich and bell like clean tone from my practice amp (Line 6 Flextone II). I tend to very much prefer my tube maps when it comes to clean, but the line 6 is better than most SS amps IMO. Try another amp to rule this out
hey man great vid. one question. i traded in my small stone for a ph-3. i play stuff like floyd zepp and incubus stuff. can i get those sounds out of this or the small stone better.
I would say the PH-3 dude. More options than the small stone. For floyd type tones turn it to the 4 stage setting, put the res the to about 11 o'clock, the depth up quite high (depends on your amp) and the res down quite low. Should get that Breathe type tone. Incubus wise he uses a whole load of phaser tones so need to mess about urself!
When playing at home its just connected in daisy chain with other modulation type effects to the effects loop of my practice amp which is a Line 6 Flextone II. In my live rig I it is connected to my Gig Rig Pr0 14 which turns it on and off from the loop. I havent used the GT6 as a controller b4!
Tough one! Depends what sorta sound ur after, the Phase 90 is a very specific phaser sound dude, which is awesome but the PH-3 is more versatile as it hads more variables. I bought the PH-3 as I require a few different phaser tones.
The song i am playing is called 'Airport Syndrome' by my band Vinyl Future. Na the the PH-3 is easy enought o get decent tones form, quite versatile in comparison to other phasers on the market.
The riff is from a song called Airport Syndrome by my band Vinyl Future. You can check us out on myspace, the website address is in the video details above dude!
Nice one, its is an awesome delay pedal, great versatility in its features, excellent tone without any horrible noise and great build quality. Only drawback is the pwer supply. It drains batteries at an alarming rate, the optional DC supply is a must!
what is that riff from? Is it in a song or just something you put together yourself?
Could you send me the tabs?
Limitless77 1 year ago
Is from one of my bands tunes called Airport Syndrome, you can download it from itunes. I dont have tabs. Its relatively simple to play tho

I saw you had a Gt-6 awesome, I have one too. Do you leave it on and run your other pedals through the external, or how do you connect them?
