I find it funny how Wizeman's voice wasn't as deep as I expected in Journey of Dreams but then realized when he laughed it sounded just like the original. 0.0 I guess they did make them similar based on those small voice clips. Wish Jackle would be elaborated on more. I think it'd be interesting to elaborate on the them as a the 3 main Nightmarens Wizeman created. o_O
@Axxidous One reason why I hope Jackle shows up in the next NiGHTS game. Because up until the second game, Jackle and Reala were just generic bosses that show up right before Wizeman. Atleast in Journey of Dreams, Reala had more character added to him. But Jackle didn't even show up. And if he does show up, I still want to hear those awesome laughs and that catchy battle theme, "The Mantle". Maybe a remix or the original, either works.
@encfam Well Jackle and Reala are specifically direct siblings of NiGHTS and are level 1 Nightmarens. The reason Reala is popular and involved in Journey of Dreams is similar to why he comes right before Wizeman. He looks just like NiGHTS only evil. The relation is obvious compared to the generic nightmaren. Jackle is obviously like them as he is also a jester.

People pair them because people are too obsessed with romance and put it in everything (which eventually KILLS the story to me. It ruins a good movie for me sometimes. And people have actually acted that way in real life. :/ Oh well.)
@Axxidous Once again, agreed. Well what can you do when people come up with ideas for fanfictions? People will think of stuff. You can't stop it. So the best thing to do is to play the game and let them have their fun writing romance fan fictions. Personally, I do both. But atleast the story I'm writing isn't romance based. I've played the sequel Journey of Dreams, and while I don't think Journey of Dreams is a bad game at all and I do really enjoy it, I've always wanted to play the original for the Sega Saturn but problem is I don't know if I could afford one and a copy of the game as it might be rare to find the two online, and I've already been told the Sega Saturn emulators have issues with it and besides I heard Saturn emulators aren't good at actually emulating even its own games *2bcont.*

one of the designers of the game in an interview said that reala spoke jibberish. the only actual word he said is "Nights". the rest is up for interpretation. so there.
The boss battles in this game were amongst the easiest I've ever played. Of course, they were also some of the coolest and most visually stunning as well.

You have to paraloop him three times. But, obviously, he's trying to paraloop you too so you can drill dash him to stun him for a moment, and then paraloop him. That's probably the easiest strategy. :)
Hey Maresuke, when I played against Reala in the game, if I flew straight into him without dashing, NiGHTS and Reala would lock hands and push against each other for a couple of seconds while the camera zoomed in. It was really cool, I know the fans would love to see that! Could you try it?
Even with all the fights between the two, Nights and Reala still respect each other a bit. Not enought to keep them from trying to kill each other though.
Of course they don't! =D They let each other get away pretty much all the time in Journey of Dreams. XD Nights doesn't even punch Reala when he grabs her. XD

This, along with the black Robbit clone fights in the first and third Jumping Flash games, is one of my absolute favorite boss fights of all time. There's just something immensely satisfying about beating up your look-alike that I can't quite explain.
This is a 3D game with 2-D elements. Saturn DOES have 3-D games.... I've only seen a few 2D for saturn.... but I'm sure there are a lot more in Japan.
I had to search everywhere for the correct wording of that awesome voice of Reala. (Which is done by a male? How odd is that? XD) But Reala actually does say "There is no NiGhTs!" Which, I guess, is an original way of saying "You're going down!" lol. I mean, it's odd to say "You don't exist!" and then face them. -.-'
But anyways, Nights and Reala are defiantely the most mysterious, therefor in my book "Coolest", characters by far.

The boss battles in this game were amongst the easiest I've ever played. Of course, they were also some of the coolest and most visually stunning as well.

You have to paraloop him three times. But, obviously, he's trying to paraloop you too so you can drill dash him to stun him for a moment, and then paraloop him. That's probably the easiest strategy. :)

Hey Maresuke, when I played against Reala in the game, if I flew straight into him without dashing, NiGHTS and Reala would lock hands and push against each other for a couple of seconds while the camera zoomed in. It was really cool, I know the fans would love to see that! Could you try it?

@ segastar50: you've got a point. whenever i see a new game, i try to learn about it and its characters. like in sonic, i liked shadow the best. i was a shadowlover, and i couldn't help it. it don't even know why i like him, i just do. and when i first saw the NiGHTS games...when i learned about them, for some reason, i always seemed to like reala the most. everyone seems to like NiGHTS better, and i've tried to be like them, but its not possible 4 me. i is a reala lover ^^

out of al lthe boss areas in this game, realas throne room is pretty nice, gotta admit he sounds completly different from JOD and can i be excused from saying this....that line is kinder similar to the matrix line "there is no spoon"

Yea, I don't think you know NiD came before the Matrix movie. Even thought he movie is a rip off of someone else's story. lol NOT gonna start an argument here. However, I do excuse you. I missed the epic REALA FIGHT. JOD's Reala fight was lacking. (He didn't even get an ending video!!)

i said that because the situations were similar when i heard those lines...they both didnt make much scense to me, true about JOD's fight, it didnt have a after vid but i do like the fight, tossing giant paint balls around a giant bell tower while nice nostalgia music is being played is grand

This, along with the black Robbit clone fights in the first and third Jumping Flash games, is one of my absolute favorite boss fights of all time. There's just something immensely satisfying about beating up your look-alike that I can't quite explain.

This is a 3D game with 2-D elements. Saturn DOES have 3-D games.... I've only seen a few 2D for saturn.... but I'm sure there are a lot more in Japan.

I had to search everywhere for the correct wording of that awesome voice of Reala. (Which is done by a male? How odd is that? XD) But Reala actually does say "There is no NiGhTs!" Which, I guess, is an original way of saying "You're going down!" lol. I mean, it's odd to say "You don't exist!" and then face them. -.-'
But anyways, Nights and Reala are defiantely the most mysterious, therefor in my book "Coolest", characters by far.
