Just a question... is there only one studio version of this song? Because I've heard it with 2 different rap intros... the one which is same as how they played it in Live in Texas, and another one which starts like "Forfeit the game, stop the talk show..."

The second version is one of the demo versions. It's not so much a "demo" as it is an alternate mix of the album version (think Plaster/Now I See) that has different lyrics for Mike's part. That version was a downloadable track on the band's old website when they were still called Hybrid Theory.

That's not what I meant. You should have played this outro to a recording before There They Go was over the outro. This version doesn't have the intro.

Yes it does, it's just played by Phoenix instead of Brad. That has nothing to do with whether or not There They Go was used or not, they did it both ways both before and after Mike started rapping over it. Brad actually played the intro part more often AFTER they added There They Go.

Well, it's getting pretty long, and I have curly hair, so it sucks trying to comb it. Rather than cut it, I just don't comb it at all anymore. When I shower I dry it with a towel and just leave it that way, so I've got the whole afro thing going on now.

My settings aren't any different than when I played the studio version, and I do the same effect changes in the same spots, except for the first chord in the last chorus at 2:50.
