  • What do you know about the C-130 NSWPJ? Probably nothing so cork it.

  • Bitch please to all the people saying this transport is the same as a c-17 and a c-130 loooool you guys you so funny, the day you have a transport that not only can land on a fucking short ass landing strip and that is that size, believe me it aint gunna be a c130 or c17, this plane is probs the best there is, and if some people did their research the c130 is getting old as fuck and the us military wants to replace it, just saying

  • aircraft is an amalgam between C130 and C17 .. my personal opinion .. unusefull

  • @boxyro2 : Your personal opinion is wrong !

  • the combination of a c-130 and a c-17

  • A400M is a C-17 COpy...

  • @KenKyousuKe yeah but in much better

  • @niksarass better?.. are you kidding me?.. its worst... ever!..

  • @KenKyousuKe lol i didn't know you were a fake usa patriot, i thought you were neutrally asking.

    For your culture anyway:

The A400m specifications needed were to replace the C130 in much better, which it is. It wasn't studied to make concurrence to the c17 they are not the same class, and as such it's much cheaper than the c17.

    Don't compare apples with bananas

  • @niksarass ohh?.. did i say i am a US patriot?.. dumb... and i was comparing the planes not the fruit... idiot.

  • @KenKyousuKe Stop trolling please, you don't know anything about this plane, make some research about the manufacturers, but that is not at all a copy of your C17, anyway there are not 1000000 wya of making a transport place

  • @niksarass It looks like the C-17 (Basica body shap).

  • Someone snuck into the submarine depot for those propellers lol.

  • French and american SUCKS British= epic win american + french = epic shit

  • french fluf on an american workhorse. nuf o this stuf.........

  • wtf???

  • Ah come on folks - if the French aren't eating, drinking or screwing - they're surrendering.

  • @amoskowitz0103 - Sure, just like they did at Verdun, Ypres, the Marne...

You don't know what you're talking about, tool...

  • it cool

  • are they seriously that proud of this air frame?

  • that plane is a damn spai

  • The French . . . . man, I should've known.

  • @unambitious

Don't worry, it flies out of range of everything except fighter planes and SAM missile batteries, has countermeasures and is so utterly unarmored and that a SAM wouldn't even slow it down, they would just pass through the envelope without exploding, because they never hit anything solid. They're also compartmentalized and under very low pressure, so it's extremely hard to take one down unless you have fighter planes.

  • Based on what I've seen I like the J-model better for numerous reasons. Sure it carries less, but it's proven and already fulfills improvised runway use roles. Cheaper and made by those fielding it too. What can I say, i don't like the prospect of outsourcing our military tech.

  • In Fact NATO are leasing Antonov - 124 planes from Russia as they have a larger payload , however, most importantly they have a larger Range and can fly directly from Europe to Afghanistan without refueling,

  • when it comes to Transportation, it is hard to go past the Antonov 124-150. far cheaper and highly likely more reliable.

  • Let's see, you could by a 400m for $136m and you get a plane that carries 20-30 tons. Or, you could buy a HAV 606 for $92m and get an aircraft that's much slower but carries 200 tons. Decisions, decisions...

  • @Jjames763 Considering that the blimp you are referring to is largely in the proto phase, I would caution price and effectiveness projections being taken at face value. Also, I think this would have a much better role in the civilian world seeing as how it would pose a huge target and be structurally weaker.

  • @MsArzens NO AIRBUS is subsidiary company of EADS, EADS is a European Consortium= Aérospatiale-Matra (French) + DASA (German) + CASA (Spaniard). This plane is 100% built and tested in Spain (Seville). Airbus Military is a division of Airbus, and its president Domingo Ureña is Spaniard and before was president other Spaniard, Carlos Suarez.

  • Off course England is not Europa, they fill better shuking Bush feets, so they are so ungry with the european proyects.

  • @Sacaojo - if you can't spell or use good grammar, fuck off somewhere else you illiterate cunt!

  • Quê Bostê

  • people think Airbus has got the upper hand because of the a380, though they forget that the a400m is twice overbudget and overweight, and nowhere near service yet. The boeng globemaster is all ready being exported. the UK are buying them instead of the a400 now. a400 is increasingly looking like a dud. The dreamliner is already near production, and airbus has no answer for it.

  • @kirbsnz - the UK are leasing the Globemaster. Airbus - check out the A350 and compare that to the 787. The A400m needs to be compared to the aircraft it's targeted - that being the wonderful Hercules C130 and C130J. Airbus has a massive upper hand as no one else has a full double decker aircraft. As you got your facts completely fucked up, FUCK OFF SOMEWHERE ELSE!

  • @MsArzens as far as I know, Airbus was not "given" to germen...rather it is a cooperation between different nations...why do u say it's free for friendship?

  • And fuck the french

  • Fuck Airbus

  • o yea lets buy a c-130 and put some different engine blade and call it A400M dueshes

  • what the hell is that french bastard saying?

  • @TrHTeam thumbs up :)

  • Sound more like a scenario from US in Vietnam...

  • Got to love how they wasted so much time with the presentation (dancers/performers), instead of just presenting the damn plane.

  • Awesome propellers!

  • The A400 reminds me of what happens if a C17 and C130 had a baby.

  • 125 French people... And 125 Americans... I get it, ah!

  • @Killjoy55657 airbus is not french its european

  • after further review, it looks like a hybrid of three planes: the overall body of a c-17, the wingbox of a c-141, and the turboprops and blades of a c-130j.

  • арбуз милитари

  • fat chode

  • The C-130 J has similar props....mated to the same old turbo-prop engines.

  • could you imagine how much torque strain that many blades will put on the motor and mounts.

  • @LouManChu66 One could only hope those props turn pretty slow.

  • @LouManChu66 it doesnt put a whole lot of strain on it as long as they blades are all nicely balanced, if for some odd reason one of the blades is out of rigging, or goes out of whack they the rotor head my get stressed, the rotor shaft can crack and all kinds of shit might happen.

  • looks like a peice of shit c-130 is way better

  • @pete6963 Depending on what technical specifications?

  • @Peacekeeper118 haha jk man i was just trolling haha

  • @pete6963 :P

  • @xzeddiexz You sound like having a tantrum. Sorry but facts are stubborn things; it may be true that from a historical point of view French military successes are not as impressive as the ones of other nations, but this does not mean they are bad soldiers or forever losers. Don't try to turn a prejuice, a myth or a joke into reality.

  • @bellezayverdad Napoleon won more battles then Gangis kan, Alexander the great and hitler put together...he conquered Europe, he did it with the French army...not impressive military successes!? Go back to school!

  • @ellebal1111 Go back to school yourself if you don't know how to read!!! I've been defending France during all this thread. Read it. I was not talking about Napoleon in my last comment but about the French military history as whole, and I repeat what's been said, French successes are to be taken into account, some are impressive, but there're countries which have been more successful in this respect. And I said "not AS impressive AS" which is not the same at all as "not impressive". Bye

  • @ellebal1111 Sorry, I'm not French myself but I get pissed off at all these mindless comments about the French and the second war. I worked with them in Kosovo, they are very fit and though, they do a lot with a fraction of comparable US military needs...and very good soldiers. I did not mean to offend you :)

  • @ellebal1111

I don't want to offend the french people or it's soldiers but don't you forget to say that napoleon recruited soldiers in most of his conquered countries?

  • concorde....... bbboooooooooooooommmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

  • The drug laws are obviously very lax in France. For I can see no other answer then hardcore drug use by the designers. Perhaps that too is a French thing, get high build useless objects and run like hell at the first sign of trouble.

  • speek english!

  • Curtain dancing over a plane doesn't make sense, but in France, it does.

    France. Not Even Once.

  • GAY!!

  • what is with the homo looking props?

  • so its a c-17 with props

  • @billthecat0861 i think it is a C-17 with propellers .:o

  • @christianlovesjoshy: With sort of a beefed up C-130 Hercules look, too.

  • @NickB1967 lmao i love you ,its so true ,its a C-17 with some C-130 characteristics..well more like a KC-130 cause its bigger and a tanker not like the cargo plane C-130 ..

  • @christianlovesjoshy YES IT IS LMAO

  • @peludo321654 Why build such a thing?is it a cargo plane or what?

  • So. It doesn't actually fly, then? If I was showing off a new airplane I would make it take off.

  • NNAAAAAAAAA,KC - 390 EMBRAER'S MUCH BETTER, BUT IT WAS A GOOD VIDEO =)

  • I wish they would paint a ginormous flying tigers sharkmouth on it...... and does it come in black?

  • thats a nice cross between a c-130 and c5, so what is the big deal about this thing, i didn't even think french had a military

  • that plane looks like a c-130 fucked a c-17

  • @supermoncho Jajaja LOL I think the Hercules Fucked a c-212, and what was born fucked a c-17.

  • @supermoncho -- not quite, you see ? the a400m is a box with tech 40 years beyond the hercules. it will be a good workhorse as the hercules was. no bigotry meant.

  • @supermoncho i said that on another video about it, and somebody called me a retard. but i stand by the whole statement of sneaky c-130 with an unsuspecting c-17

  • @supermoncho lol thats funny

  • du pleu ploo pooop

  • turkey is there <3 :p

  • its a beauty off a plane. No doubt about that.

  • the propellers are huge!!!!!

  • @BlueonGoldZ How i regret we fucking saved your country, you can't imagine. Why did we do that? We should have let you drink tea forever and have a queen on your bills, nowadays everyone would have been happy about it.

  • @BlueonGoldZ why yes....yes it was how did you know have you been peeking

  • @madmole56 no peeking is necessary. It is quite evident.

  • @BlueonGoldZ KKKK, BROTHER FRANCE WILL USE THE KC - 390 EMBRAER (BRAZILIAN AVIATION INDUSTRY, VERY SUCCESSFUL DUE TO A-29 AND R-99A AND R-99B).

  • @BlueonGoldZ . Wow, original...not

  • @superveloce 43 'likes' so far. It's original enough.

  • @BlueonGoldZ yeah, maybe with such a good plane Americans would have retreated faster in Vietnam & Somalia. It took them a really long time.

  • @bellezayverdad Yeah but they are kicking ass in Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan now. Like to see France do anything near that.

  • @BlueonGoldZ Having by far the world's biggest military expenditure, "kicking ass" in countries which are in the stone age is not such a great deed as to be that proud of. You'll understand that. And they are not even fighting against regular armies nor states in those countries but tribes and armed groups. You'd better have a look at history books, you'll change your overview of French military history.

  • @bellezayverdad You forgot that it isn't just the fact that the U.S. engaged in battles but now essentially controls two formerly sovereign countries which is a huge feet (BTW, I'm not an American). The fact that they aren't fighting a uniformed army may actually make the figting ore difficult for the Americans. Lastly, I know my history plenty. The French may have had a few victories but their military record is far from shining.

  • @BlueonGoldZ Well, "control" is a word that especially in the case of Afghanistan does not do much justice to reality. It is funny to see myself defending the honor of France against someone who affirms being French, and the French are not famous for being humble. If you know the history of your country that well, how can you skip that the greatest military genious ever was a French man? How can you overlook that France was able of maintaining a vast empire in four continents during centuries?

  • @bellezayverdad Yes, even with Afghanistan and the Taliban are no more. Again, I am not French. Secondly, I hope you're not talking about Napoleon. I have one word for you: Waterloo. The British Empire was far more impressive than the French territories.

  • @BlueonGoldZ "Again, I am not French" when did you say it for the first time? and when you said "I know my history plenty." I inferred you were French, never mind. Indeed, I was talking about Napoleon; that he was defeated in the end does not mean at all that he was not a military genious, nobody is unbeatable & I guess his overwhelming ambition betrayed him. I find your allusion to the British Empire kinda out of place here, anyway Brits never dared attack Napoleon's troops openly on their own

  • @BlueonGoldZ just for you to remember waterlo was france against a coalition of all the other country in europe not "one on one " just say'in .

  • @BlueonGoldZ Your Comment is correct, however, to put your bragging rights in perspective, it is the Russians that destroyed the Napoleaonic Grande Armee, in that case the "Winter", in WW2 the Russians destroyed the 3 million manned German armoured force that attacked Russia, and that case was not the Winter. In Afghanistan and Iraq the Coalition Force is 250 000 men, so you get an idea on the scale of Operation Barbarossa.

  • @BlueonGoldZ trol

  • @bellezayverdad Dusting off some military history, I believe the French were the ones who handed us their Vietnam problem in the first place, after getting their ass handed to them in Dien Bien Phu.

  • @StellarSoldier001 Right, and then Americans took their turn and got their asses handed as well. The end.

  • that is Airbus attempting to copy boeing's C-17 with a turboprop engine

  • Whoever came up with the roll out opening act, let alone approved it, should be guillotined. This ongoing trend of artsy-fartsy productions for everything has got to stop!

This A400M should have been introduced with a full-on Stalinist socialist hero routine and fanfare.

  • @InfiniteMushroom I salute you and your common sense!

  • VERY NICE PROPS!!!

  • i hate these italian pricks

  • 0-o...are those gaint ninja stars as propellers...

  • ive been in the mock up fuselage when was at RAF Brise Norton and its huge twice the size of the C-17 Globe Master, its an emence feet of airplane design.

  • This an awesome airplane build in Europe for the rest of the World.

  • 特殊なプロペラの形!!速そう

  • i like the way the each engine is counter rotating to its nabour , i guess thats to do with less torque ?

  • @SleepEat3D yes. the core engines (high pressure and intermediate shafts) are actually rotating in the same direction, but on every other engine the gear box has another cogwheel to reverse the rotation of the propeller to counteract torque.

  • @SleepEat3D : Right. It's DBE (Down Between Engines) concept.

But it also has many implications: it permits to minimize asymmetry in case of engine failure, less effort on the wing, which increases the lift. Moreover, the size of the drift has been reduced, which offers greater range capability or carrying a heavier payload for the same amount of fuel

  • @seasheperd101 yea wtf! lol click click clack.....

  • Love it

  • This video nicely summons up EADS. Germans do the engineering and build an awesome plane, the French and Spanish just fuck up its roll-out with gay dancing.

  • @dustz33

By EADS you mean Airbus, the society entirely based on the french "aerospatiale" enteprise because german had absolutely no experience in building airliners?

  • this is designed to carry large amounts of retreating soldiers huh ? ;)~

  • @KungFriedChicken WHat? You are jealous that french didn't lberate your country from the british like they did for USA?

You had better no make jokes about french supposed suckiness at war when your country hasn't even managed to free itself from the european colony status. Damned, how can a country with NO military history whatsoever make fun of others military?

  • @niksarass My country has military cemetery's in France dumb ass.. european colony status ?.. colony status like Canada, India, south africa, new zealand, and all the many other commonwealth countries ??.. the brittish colonized the world so it is a very common thing to have been colonized by the brittish.. and thank god for that otherwise I might of ended up an anal fuckwit. Its not my fault the french colony is so pissy by comparison.. you're shivering are you cold? no iam a french soldier :)~

Its not my fault the french colony is so pissy by comparison.. you're shivering are you cold? no iam a french soldier

  • @KungFriedChicken "the brittish colonized the world so it is a very common thing to have been colonized by the brittish"

Oh your proud of it? LOL your proud to have the fucking queen on your bills?

If you dont even fight for your country, why making fun of the french who are today free?

    "My country "

How about you remind me your inexistent military history dumbass? Go back to fight kangaroos roflmao

  • @niksarass My country has higher living standards than yours end of story on that one, better wine too with no french foot after taste.. I dont know where you get the kangaroo fantasy or probable fetish, but ever thought hmm if there are kangaroo's jumping around everywhere wouldnt they get hit by cars.. USA has grizzly bears, wolves and killer bee's in every major city.. Did ya know that? somehow i think you do dumb cunt :)

  • @KungFriedChicken Hey MATE! Well because its funny you talk about war, when the only thing you have ever fought are kangaroos roflmao.

When you get a military history score like french (-"In 185 battles that France had fought over the past 800 years, their armies had won 132 times, lost 43 times " BBC History)

come back and make fun of us being cowards. Until then you are only ridiculing yourself, MATE! rofl

  • @niksarass awesome.. tell everyone how good ya's went last century in the more modern period when your enimies were not peasants with pitch forks.. ooo and tell us about the french foriegn legions vietnam.. You guys rock :)

  • @KungFriedChicken In the last 100 years? How about we won WW1 you fucktard? How about 80% of the work in WW1 was made by French. OUCH

"your enimies were not peasants with pitch forks" Peasants with ptch forks called english tried to invade our country (hundred years war), got kicked ass, lost european territory and became islanders. Frustrated, they went on discover new territories (like australia) because they couldnt gain anything in europe.

    OUCH

    G'day mate! :D

  • @niksarass well germany didnt really loose WW1 they called it truce and thus had lots of sanctions impossed... thus making hitler as mad as a french cake of soap in WW2 :)

  • Comment removed

  • @niksarass pfft.. it was a one horse town...

  • @KungFriedChicken English got beated and retreated at battle of dunkerque. But at least they fought meanwhile your country was eating kangaroos and wrestling crocodiles.

Heres what Hitler said about french during WW2: "It is a new proof of the thesis I've always supported; namely, that French are still, after us, the best soldiers in Europe." Just check it out if you dont believe me, instead of jeezing in front of american made stereotypes, MATE! And G'day btw

  • @niksarass we never use to eat kangaroo's only use them for dog meat mainly.. only last 15 or so years they regulated it for human consumption.. and they breed themselves to starvation.. did ya know we sell camel meat to middle east ?.. we have largest one hump camel population in the world and they only been here 100 years or so... no cunt would wanna go where they hang out anyway.. but all australian native animals have soft feet.. so camels are ok..

  • @niksarass The Aussies were in the second world war before the Yanks were forced into it by the Japs attack on Pearl Harbour. They fought like lions too. When you stop sitting in front of a computer like a sad little weasel and actually fight in a REAL war then you can belittle the lives lost by any side in any of the wars.

  • @m1leswilliams "When you stop sitting in front of a computer like a sad little weasel and actually fight in a REAL war then you can belittle the lives lost by any side in any of the wars. "

Go say that to your friend, not to me.

When you stop arriving in the middle of a finnished discussion since weeks and quote things out of their context without reading it from the beginning, without knowing who actually lacked respect for the dead, then you could have some credibility.

  • @niksarass sudan 1885, boer war 1889 - 1902, china boxer rebellion 1900 - 01, WW1 1914-1918, WW2 1939 - 1945, ocupation of japan 1946- 1951, korean war 1950 - 1953, maylayan emergency 1950 - 1960, indoneasian confrontation 1963 - 1966, vietnam 1962- 1975, first gulf and everything since.. and we gave east timor independence from indoneasia and i think the newest country in the world.. they use to be anyway..

  • @KungFriedChicken Nice. However, remember that YOU made fun of my country first, not the other way around.

  • I love you too

  • @niksarass Maybe they don't want to lose their colony status ?

  • @m1leswilliams Actually australia is independant since 1901, i just said that for the sake of the trolly debate.

  • @niksarass hahahaha

  • As an American, it's a nice plane but I still prefer the C-130 and other American designs.

  • @SpecOperator498 You have no objective reasons other than simple nationalism? At least none that you provided with your comment.

Then again I too prefer that European countries purchase and develop our own equipment. For no other reason than that we'll be free of American "influence" on our internal and external policies.

  • i wonder if they could make a tilt rotor spin off concept with that model

  • scrw the french

  • Finally they got it finished!! It took them long enough.

@jaimeheidijames because the props haree harder to destroy. If you fly with the Jet Engine in Birds, dust, or if you would shoot in them they would get destroyed.

  • lol razor

  • at first I was like "Did I click the wrong video???" Rofl but cool...

  • Why props.? And not regular jet engines?

  • @jaimeheidijames Props allow for lower in flight speeds, the likes of which would make a jet powered plane stall, which is helpful for precision drops. It also means that the aircraft can take off from shorter landing strips ( like the c130 it will replace). C17s are great but the fulfill slightly different roles.

  • Ah , we Froncsch! We air zho smo!. We add ze propellairs from ze World War II to a merde European copy of ze C130 and ZHEN!.....

...Zhen we have ze milf Flamenco dance-airs shak-ing zier nice Spansih bums hall ovair eet.

Zis will excite our Hafrican Hempire unbearably. All ze mad dictateurs from ze Congo to ze Zambia will buy more zhan zier shattered economies can afford. Zhen, zhen we will be riche, RICHE I tell vous!!

    Bwaaa-ha-ha-haha-ha-haha-ha-ha!!

  • looks like a c-141 a c-130 and a c-117 had a threesome

  • chuck norrise uses those propellers to tidy up his pubic hair

  • @yepp87 Doh! I wanted the first chucky joke. Well here goes anyway. Chuck Norris has one of those propellers in his blender.

  • @yepp87 nice

  • @yepp87 He doesn't have to grow hair if he doesnt want to.

  • @yepp87 That's nothing. I use them to trim my nose hair. All of them. At once.

  • spanish sucks

  • @nickgoering It's french.

  • Ninja Propellers! :D

  • why the fuck there is a pseudo-cultural presentation for a military aircraft

  • @dimgl19 Because EADS is a multi-national corporation and it's politically correct to show a taste of all the cultures that the company owes itself to. It would be "rude" to only show one.. it would be "boring" to show none. Lame.
