I think Sabbath day WAS important as per the Old Testament. Now Jesus has given us the New Testament and the old has been removed. (I am not saying that I ignore Old Testament). In New Testament, I cannot find any verse that instructs the New Testament believers to keep Sabbath holy. I think we don't have to keep any special days anymore as the day is not important. Important factor is to worship God

In John 6, Jesus tells us over and over that we must eat His flesh and drink His blood to have eternal life. Do you "follow the in path of Jesus" or do you listen to those who call Jesus a liar when He said "This is My body?"

@WorkingCatholic It was 1Corinthians 5: 7 & verse 8 which I should have added to my reply .I can see you have a heart for GOD & Jesus but please when you ask forgiveness go to Jesus instead of a priest or a pope Keep the Sabbath Holy Friday sundown to Saturday sundown and get rid of the graven images please don't pray to Mary she was blessed but she's not the one you are supposed to go to for prayers, Jesus is our high priest & intercessor to our Father & and Please call no man Father.

Of course. Catholics pray for forgiveness to God. However, Jesus established the sacrament of Confession. It makes no sense to confess to God--He already knows what we did, but Jesus gave the Apostles and their successors to power to forgive sins.
Is there anywhere in the Bible that says to confess our sins to God alone? No
Is there anywhere in the Bible that says to confess our sins to one another? Yes, James 5:16

Why do you believe this? Don't you take Jesus at His word when He delegated His power to men? Don't you believe what the Bible tells us?
Mt 9:6 reads, "But that ye may know that the Son of man [Jesus] hath power on earth to forgive sins. . ."
And then just two verses later, Matthew writes that God, "had given such power unto men." MEN--plural! Weird, huh?"
If Jesus was not delegating His power to forgive sins in John 20:22-23, what was He doing?

Jesus condemned traditions of men that negated or nullified the word of God. The Sacred Traditions of the Catholic Church ARE THE WORD OF GOD. The NT grew out of the traditions that Paul tells us are so important. It is the portion of the word of God that was eventually written down and recorded and then included in the canon by the Catholic Church because the Church decides it was consistent with the oral tradition.

You do not understand scripture, which is self-evident, because if you understood scripture you would already be a member of the Church established by Jesus 2000 years ago.
It's somewhat comical when members of the fallen away Christian Churches try to tell a Catholic "what the Bible is saying." It's a Catholic Book. There is nothing in the Bible that conflicts with Catholic doctrine if you understand it.

wow, so doesnt this say everything? but I still think it is a little weird how everything matches, it's like for some reason they want to tell us whats happening but in the same time they want to keep us ignorant and to ignore it. Not like they havent read those revelations who knows how many times and then make such information public? maybe they did it on purpose for some reason.

Reg. the mention of Sabbath:
I think Sabbath day WAS important as per the Old Testament. Now Jesus has given us the New Testament and the old has been removed. (I am not saying that I ignore Old Testament). In New Testament, I cannot find any verse that instructs the New Testament believers to keep Sabbath holy. I think we don't have to keep any special days anymore as the day is not important. Important factor is to worship God

In case of believers in Middle East countries, they worship on Friday as it is the holiday there. Jesus has not asked us the keep the Sabbath, the Apostles has never done the same or instructed in their letters or the early church has observed it. Also if you study New Testament, we can see that Jesus has re-instated all the Ten Commandments (in a higher degree) except Sabbath

It was nighttime when the apostles met on the first day of the week in Acts 20:7 as it states that "there were many lights in the upper chamber." It also states the apostles continued to meet "DAILY breaking bread from house to house." (Acts 2:46) It was not only on the first day, but on a daily basis.
Isaiah 58:13 states that the seventh-day Sabbath is indeed the Lord's Day. There is no sanctification of Sunday ANYWHERE in Scripture. Therefore the context of Rev. 1:10 must be the Sabbath.

Paul and the other apostles did meet to BREAK BREAD in Acts 20:7 on the first day of the week. However, what makes this the Lord's Day simply because the apostles were breaking bread?
Luke 23:56, Genesis 2:2-3, Exodus 20:11-12, Mark 2:28, and Isaiah 58:13 all declare that the seventh day of the week, the Sabbath is in fact the Lord's Day.
Jesus rested on the Sabbath, his followers rested on it after he died, God rested on the Sabbath in Genesis, and John wrote Revelation on the Sabbath.
