u dont put salt in the water cause that it makes this spit up the mud i can tell u not from louisiana me im cocodrie louisiana RCA (Regerstered Coon Ass)
we live in south arkansas, and all my life they were called crawdads or crawdaddies...my mama who is 76 years old has always called them crawdads or crawdaddies, the huge ones are crawdaddies......i guess it just depends on what area you live.
man that looks good the biggest crawdads ive seen were about 4 and 1/2 inches long in the eagle nest lake in new mexico the second largest was about 4 inches in the palo duro creek in the palo duro canyon state park in texas
it dont fucking matter what you call them as long as people know what the fuck your talking about stop trying to correct people your a pain in the ass

The largest I've seen was about six inches long in a creek in Maryland. But they don't normally get much bigger than what you see in the video.

Thanks for washing them first. I've been to crawfish boils where they toss muddy crawfish in the pot. Not good.
