@Wildcat425B . I waged war against the HRE (Human player). He then offered territory to the Pope, which he was about to lose, so that he could benefit from good relations and hopefully get a Crusade against me. Things didn't go as he'd imagined, though. :)

in the mod do u play agianst other people or do u control a bunch of factions because theres a lp's of a guy controling a bunch of factions but on this it looks like your vs. other people

I dont understand how you did that? the danish and norwegian faction has pretty crappy units and english, french and german knights, feudal soldiers are way better than the vikings, its so annoying! how did you do that? thanks for you last reply btw

@TotalWarGameplay I actually think that the Danish units are quite formidable, especially when it comes to infantry. Go for Huscarls (great value units) and Viking Raiders if you are struggling with money. This means that you should take as many castles as possible early in the game. Conquering Hamburg is essential. Hire Spearmen mercenaries to overcome cavalry and be aggressive. Don't be afraid of being excommunicated early in the game, it's not that concerning, just mind public order a bit.

@NNzak We were 5 of us playing English, Holy Roman Empire, Turkey, Sicily and Denmark. We tweaked the campaign rules so that each one of us could "kill" a Human player. Turns advance fast at the beginning but afterwards they get much slower, so in my opinion a campaign with more than 6 human players is very difficult to end. The campaign took something like 3 or 4 months.

@TotalWarGameplay You can chose it by editing the initial file. Default is autoresolve, if you want to change it, just look for autoresolve and change the value.

@TheLastEnglishmen It's part of a hotseat campaign we finished 3 months ago. Basicly this video shows how Denmark spread out through the map and eventually won by defeating their main opponents. You can see the trailer and the last battle in other 2 videos if you want. ;)
