This game has the most amazing soundtrack. Better than a lot of today's movies! I will always remeber this game as I remember the Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. And that's saying a lot!

My favourite music in all PoP trilogy. SoT and WW had good ones, but the latest PoP was something else. It felt like living inside this tale, living inside the art itself.

i agree w/ u. a lot of people didnt really take the time to enjoy the beauty this game had to offer, and jus compared it to the SoT series. i always thought PoP 2008 was like a playing art. glad at least some people understand

A game I have yet to buy, don't think I will either, I played the other 2 of the series, even if it's a remake, I'm not sure I'm still into this sort of gameplay.

PoP 1 and 2 on the PSX and PS2(I think it was), This is a remake from scratch to restart the series into something else they had in mind. But from what other had said to me, they mostly have the same gameplay(Except for terrain actions that got improved.) But I think I pretty much lost the interest for that sort of platform trick game.

There has never been a Prince of Persia for PSX, and the PS2 games were a trilogy. This new Prince of Persia for PS360 indeed marks a (second) reboot of the franchise, but it is in no way a remake.

Just copying the same plattform-system with VERY slight improvement, and just using the same battle system of the classics just over graphic fagging feels bad man. They even remixed their music from T2T and AC.

In contrast to certain franchises that never really go anywhere new, Montreal took the basics from the trilogy and changed the progression, battles, setting and visual style, so I don't agree they never tried.

The end result was disappointing, I'll give you that, but why did it turn out that way? Id argue the new PoP's flaws lie in its "innovations" rather than the elements that date back to the trilogy; had Montreal made a ripoff, I think the game wouldnt have been half as bad.
