  • found one at tj maxx for like $9

  • yes it works for me! forget gym! this truly works, i already using it for a month and i see the results

  • got it for free ;p

  • @xTeMpTaTiiOnz how?

  • For the price is actually pretty neat; I got a bullworker classic after using this one since the straps can stretch, but for the price you get something that actually works.. surprised me too doing isometrics for awhile now and i got in shape using only isometrics and a pair of dumbbells on the side..

  • just bought mine for 5 dollars, but 5 dollars for shipping so 10 dollors from woot. com. i hope it works haha

  • @beet111 Me too I figured Why not! plus I know Isometrics works but you need to do more then just Isometrics

  • I bought mine at Ross for $8.99 U just started using it and I thing it's a good product so far give me a month and I will let you know how much of a difference it is. I like it because I don't need weights and a gym member ship. I'd like to get a pair of the iso forearms and give them a try too.

  • I got one i usually do it after my main work out i think it works pretty good

  • All valid exercise tools are essentially the same: if you work hard, they yield results. In that sense, ISO7X's valid, but in practice, quite limited: The lack of much movement make it essentially isometric, & the limited/imprecise method of monitoring progress, (frustrating at best, virtually useless), make it suitable long-term only for the most self-motivated trainees. By the time you're -that- motivated, you can get the same workout pulling on a rope or pushing on a stick.

  • What's that? Woot dot com has this today for $12.99 after shipping? LOOOL

  • well is that same as a bullworker? hope so and i hav one so there is no need to buy

    thnx for the video.....

  • if you want to see progress results from fat to rip facebook me and i'll show you what just one year did to a fatass i used to be!! enuff said lates

  • Okay here's the deal, you seriously have to experince trial and error, just because when you first get it does not mean you will get results right away, in all work outs no pain no gain, but do not stunt your growth or cheat yourself that is the best way to get results, i'm a tell you right now, i weighed 297 pounds at height 5'10 and now after a year and half i mixed Iso 7x with basketball and bike riding and now i weigh 160 at 6'1 so i would say it works you want to see results from fat to rip

  • @mydenpholife - I want to see the real deal but I can't find you on Facebook.

  • I just got this 2days ago. Here are some pros and cons so far that I've noticed. Pros. Great for chest, back, shoulders, triceps. Con. Legs, Abs and Bicep seem the hardest to do, almost impossible, and also very akward.

  • I hope that Bullworker are being paid for this. If not then it looks like a potential patent infringement to me!

  • A lot or people, including myself, have noticed that the pictures for some of the exercises on the wall chart that comes in the box don't match the descriptions. I called customer support (which I had to find online, by the way), and they told me if I faxed them a copy of the receipt they would send me a corrected wall chart. So, I did that, and good news; I received a corrected wall chart in just a few days! However, there is also bad news...

  • Two of the exercises (in fact, the ones that had the wrong pictures on the original wall chart) seem to be physically impossible for people of normal height to do. These two exercises tell you do "stand straight up" while standing on a strap and pulling on the opposing one. I'm 6 feet tall, which is not unusually tall, and I find that even if I pull the strap all the way up so that the spring is completely contracted, it doesn't stretch anywhere near enough for me to stand all the way up.

  • Has anyone else noticed this and/or found a solution?

  • I'm using the is07x now but I gotta tell you its working for me but I do it with resistance bands training so I get both isometric training and compound movement training.

  • it works.. im on week 5.. great for chest, shoulders, back, bi's.. kinda sux for legs, and not great at all for abs.. you do have to be careful.. the directions are hoaky and don't match up to the pictures on the poster. and like @chpwup says.. its easy to injure urself.. be careful..

  • I purchased this, and to my surprise, was getting quite good results from it. However you need to be quite careful with this piece of equipment. I strained my shoulder using it (and I was fairly careful to not overdo it), and I still have pretty severe pain when I make certain movements months later. It's a good piece of equipment, but one that it's easy to injure yourself with.

  • @chpwup which exercise did injury your shoulder?

  • @chpwup

I also screwed up my shoulder with this thing.

It's a shame too, because after I got to the part of the routine that involves multiple reps I seemed to be seeing results.

I noticed that after doing some of the advanced exercises my arms would ache a little afterwards, but it wasn't too bad so I walked it off and tried to be a little more careful, but one day after exercising with it, my shoulder started making popping noises and getting stuck and feeling really weird.

  • ayeee duz this wxrk gxxd?

  • i got this, but i dont have the chart.. can some1 take pics of the chart and send em to my email grudge20s@live.com ... or send a link for me to download it... thanks

  • @Grudge20s there are charts on the net and videos. Someone put a video of the bullworker routine on YouTube.

  • the charts are vague and hard to find out what is the correct form for doing those exercises.

  • just bought this at ross.... yeah the clothing store

  • @joshbiach how is it?

  • does anyone know how long it took to ship this item?

  • i just bought it and after the first couple of days, my muscles are really sore. really good workout :) glad i got it

  • drink lots of water

  • yah nice show the mother f-ing ripped guy not the scrany one like me using it right jessica :D

  • forgot to mention the iso arms are a hard workout. I love it I have an elastic band but does not compare to this it is much harder than it looks like I myself spend 1 year in the gym 4 days a week but when I got this I could bearly do it! It's worth the money

  • so is this better than going to the gym so i can jus be alone in my home?

  • I bougt the iso7x and it really works. I do like 5 sets of each exercise and you have to be precise when doing workouts. If you want a review on it let me know thanks

  • yea Kidd can i get that review? is i t better than going to the gym?

  • people when they see this don't think much about it and they comment by saying this is weak or it does not work. Well they have not used it so they can't say that. I own one and have used it for 2 months and guess what my bench press went up my wieght lifting went up too. Yes this really works it is better than the gym but remember to do some sort of cardio also to get max benefit

  • wats up dude. i jus bought this n im wondering do u do 1 set for 7 sec then the next 5 wrkouts the same. which is 5 types 1 set a total of 45 sec wrkout???help me out dude thx.

  • @pavy415 So bro, will I see results if I just do the weeks 1,2, and 3 workouts 1 time each for 10 seconds, 7 days a week?

  • @yeee941 this is what I recommend do week 1 first do each exercise 3 times then move on and do the oher weeks and when you get strong eought do each exercise 5 times and if you want to get a great workout do repetitions of each exercise and on the 10 rep hold the contraction 10 seconds

  • @pavy415 ah Thanks man I mix the iso7x with my Bodylastics, and I do 3 reps (I do 9 workouts) and hold each rep for 10 seconds. I feel great.

  • so are u just meant to do 1 set per exercise as iv heard any more can cause tennis elbow

  • This won't do much alone, combine it with weights or some cardio and you'll be in crazy shape! believe me I have alot of experience with this type of stuff.

  • If this ISOLATES the muscle, it shouldnt be enough. Compound exercices should be the core of your working program. Where are the squats, bb bench press, deadlifts, dips, chins?

  • you cant get this in stores am i right??

  • i just got this for christmas and i absolutely love it. I already have the iron gym so i have some experience with workout equipment, but this still seems to be a little difficult to use since i just started but you feel results immediately. I recommend this to all

  • so did it work good for ur arms and ur abs. can u c the results.

  • yea, i started seeing results after the first week. This is really a good exercising tool

  • Is it better than going to the gym?

  • are the iso arms good

  • Comment removed

  • I love it . Isometerics is not the end all ,be all. Great for cross training and core training. Skip the gym , stay home with iso 7. Use as an accompliment to total body conditioning. Thanks ISO 7 X

  • WoW! This thing is amazing. My cousin gave this a try he's 6'1 250 and is a body builder this thing made him scream like a little girl lol. As for me I have been weight training for about 3 yrs now I'm 6'4 225 and this thing got me tired really quick its one helluva wrkout!

  • does this thing work good 4 buliding muscles. will u look buff and ripped. does it work out your abs also

  • I just received mine the other day. I tried a few of the exercises and WOW - I was using muscles I didn't know I had. I'm older and have sore elbows and knees and this product is much easier on them than my standard bench.

I highly recommend this to anyone - the muscles worked are much more numerous than using just a standard bench.

  • can u see the results in ur muscls or u just feel it. did they grow or not

  • Yes - it's way better than machines. Trust me, it's well worth the investment. I spent three times more money on a simple bench with weights and I like this much better.
